I've seen enough of him to know he is an average fighter. He's the Wlad of the light welterweight division.

I doubt he'll get to 25 defenses. He's 33, and that is pretty old for such a low weight. Then again, the only name I recognize in the WBO's top 10 is Koki Kameda, so who knows what could happen. Even if he did get that many defenses I don't think anyone would take to much notice if he didn't try to unify. And everyone knows Nonito bDonaire is king of that division right now.

Japan doesn't even recognize the WBO no way will koki kameda fight him.

I wouldn't really say Donaire is King of that division. Daisuke Naito and Takefumi Sakata are very good too. He's the number 1 person, but it's not like he's on top dominating everyone else. Donaire needs to go to 115 already.
