I really like and respect Cotto but I just dont think he will be the same after that

    Nice point. I just couldnt believe he took a knee. Not once but twice. He is certainly an ambassador of the sport. I hope he is able to come back. Boxing certainly needs him. Despite what the haters say. His respect for the sport is amazing. Dont see to many people bow after a defeat to all four sides of the ring. My hats off to the man. Need more humble people like him in the sport and maybe boxing would be back to what it used to be and give UFC a run for its money.

      How did he not quit? The first knee was good, he was getting tagged. When you get up and backpeddle the length of the ring and take another knee before you even get hit means...I DON'T WANT THIS TALL ******* HITTING ME ANYMORE, END IT FOR ME. Regardless if you can continue and decide to quit or like the late Bernie Mac would say "My Body Weary" and quit, YOU STILL QUIT.

        I dont think he quit he just got broken down if you ask me Zab judah quit against clottey by saying he saw 3 fingers when there was no blood in his eye and fight was about to be resumed thats quiting.-Cotto will be back
