DLH landed plenty on Forbes. He just didn't hurt him. As far as whether I think Cotto hits harder than DLH...no. I will also add that Cotto is not the hardest hitter Margarito has fought so I fail to see what point you're trying to make.



George Foreman is the exception, not the rule. And Santos was bigger than Margarito when they fought...by A LOT.

Is it making the middleweight champ of the world (and future LHW champ) suck down to 156lbs?

Is it making the welterweight champ move up a division and choosing the gloves, rings, etc?

Is it asking a guy who has one fight at lightweight toleap two divisions and fight you?

I don't know so much about Santos... I not even saw the Forbes fight... I just read something about it and I know Forbes from fights... so I can't tell you that... because I really don't care that much for DLH...

Marvin Hagler is a good example I'm happy you mentioned him... Hagler was also avoided and he ain't moved up because he did it right... he fought every contender who was willing... he fought them beat them... took all the alphabetical titles together as good as it could be and made himself undisputed and respect even before he had his first real big fight in 85. Did Marga did that... he is 5'11, even at middleweight he still not that small... do you think that the names at middleweight would have avoided him... Hopkins first, Taylor second and now Pavlik??? He could have moved up... Hokpins did the same as Hagler... some1 like Pryor moved up to finally fight against a championw ho was willing to fight him...
