Too many negatives in a fight with Margs for DLH. No height advantage, no reach advantage, not enough stamina in the tank to take the engine failing pressure for 12 rounds, and he's already been taken out with a single body shot before - and would be going up against a guy whose bread and butter is inside work. Plus, he felt Antonio's power in sparring already, can't say I blame him for not wanting to take the fight. Everybody weighs the pros/cons of a match when they have a choice in the matter.

Oscar should just have a nice press conference and retire from boxing if he won't fight him.

DLH would still feel the power of Margarito with pain in his ribs lol. DLH is being a mega ***** but eh i gotta admit he's not ******..

At the end of the day DLH doesn't deserve a shot at Margarito. He's a legend but he's a 35 year old one with 5 defeats who looked a shadow of his former self in his last mismatch. He won't take the fight anyway cos he knows he won't win. I'm getting pissed off with the sport jumping through hoops for him and this last fight. Pity he won't just hurry up and pick someone who's way smaller than him and has no power like we all know he's gonna do.

Yeah... but Vargas was Mexican-American... and it was personal... Marga is technical also Mexican-American but he can't speak English so his disqualified... he's Mexican... all the blame to Marga for not learning English... I guess now he could bite himself in the A$$$$$ for that costly mistake *looooooooooooool*

With that been said DLH would embarass Margarito... does DLH look like Cotto??? DLH gasses out? Did you ever realised when he gasses out??? He never gassed out if somebody brought the fight to him (Trinidad fight doesn't count cause he was moving a lot that takes something from you)... DLH also has an different power then Cotto... and if the Cotto fight showed you something it is that Margarito is so wide open for shots that a DLH would beat him... so be happy... I really can't believe that I ever would route for DLH in a fight... god damn acht like men and stop crying and bitching

Embarass is probably the wrong word... but he would beat him... DLH has a vicious left hook... Cotto has a good one but not a one punch KO left hook... DLH's knocks the senses outta you... and it doesn't matter how well you are chinn'd... if you come out of balance, jaw wide open and get hit on the right spot your legs are gone... DLH is also not weaker then Marga so yes I still would pick DLH... cuz DLH even at his age has to much skill for Marga... I mean Cotto without his game what he likes to do with whole different approach was in this fight for about 8 or 9 rounds been much smaller... so DLH would be in there as well... I'm rest of sure... and Marga hits a lot but not as hard... it's not like he ko'd Cotto pretty bad... Cotto couldn't go on anymore... but it was not like a bad KO... the physical strength, the mind that he couldn't hurt him and his own physical condition was to much for him... until then Cotto was in the ring with ppl that he hurt... Mosley for a degree as well or Mosley would have made more pressure, he had respect for his power... so that's normal to you and if fighters have respect for you power you always get a little break... Marga was the first one where it had no effect... DLH knows what to do if some1 ain't hurt by his punches, May knows what to do if no1 is hurt by his punches... for Cotto it was a first... that's why I even say... if Cotto fights him again he will beat him... knowing up front you can't hurt somebody makes a lot of difference... think back to Foreman-Ali... until this fight Foreman was in there with ppl he hurt... he never imagined that it could happen went in there and tried to beat the crap out of him... and as he realised well it ain't workin he was mentally so spend so done that Ali had not even to land mean punches... same thing with Cotto as he realised I hit this man as good as I hit noone before and it doesn't hurt him... I can't slow him down...

I think if DLH comes in the shape he was at the May fight he has a hell of chance to win... stamina is a question but if you don't have to follow somebody to the ring it doesn't take so much toll on you... even a Mosley is still favorite to beat Marga... simply to much skill and the physical advantages he has over most are not given with these two... so DLH 50 to 50 (because of stamina) and Mosley at least 60 to 40 of beating Margarito in my book
