I wish, that when Mayweather says: "Hes not a big enough name"

Well that is because he wants the biggest name with the least amount of risk. That we also know. I mean Oscar and Hatton both represent this way of thinking and sure he considered Cotto a huge risk. Who would not?See, I know thats exactly why he wants another big name... I mean, I know that...
What Im saying is, he comes across like he is God, and says things like Hatton and Oscar arent nearly as responsible as he is, for their fights doing so well...
So with that said, the interviewer should say to him, when Floyd says Cotto or margarito isnt a big enough name. "Yeah but Floyd, your a HUGE name now right? You should be able to make all the money you want based on your name alone...... RIGHT?"
The sucky thing he did was near the end of his career he became more of a businessman than a fighter mentality wise. Sure it was good for him, but he somewhat closed the door on himself in the end. He over valued his worth when it came to money, and made decisions that others should have made for him. The last two years of him in there he was resigned to just cash out IMO. Make some money and then get out. His heart was out of the game and he just wanted a retirement fund.
I don't like what he did, but I refuse to hold it against him. He was in the game for most of his life at that point.Comment

As a matter of fact, the vid im talking about is the one where he says that he is MR HBO himself and if Cotto wanted a fight with him, he has to become his own CEO first.Comment

If someone did present Floyd with that argument, I think he would end up saying something like, "it takes two huge draws to make a mega fight, I am huge part of the equation, and can sell well on my own, but even great fighters need another to make it a mega event"
He could BS his way out of the question I think without even directly answering it!heheComment

If he were to just come out and say that, instead of the junk that he spews now, he would be much more respected, and not looked upon as such a prick. If someone did present Floyd with that argument, I think he would end up saying something like, "it takes two huge draws to make a mega fight, I am huge part of the equation, and can sell well on my own, but even great fighters need another to make it a mega event"He could BS his way out of the question I think.Comment
