Floyd has a better resume than Cotto, Margarito, Williams, Berto and any other Welterweight champ

PBF's legacy will always be for what he did at 130 and 135, even tho he didn't blow up to superstar status until he hit 140.

Margs best win came from a man who was at 140 and smaller than him. Floyd has more signature wins than Margs and Cotto. Who is the best opponent Cotto beat, 36 year old Shane? Margs will be known for beating a smallish Cotto who in the end quit, when under fire. The minute Margs is backed up he will be knocked out, the minute he faces a boxer, he loses or gets beat up.

I tried to tell them this lol. Margs just stepped his game up at WW after all of these years of beating up ex-140 lb fighters. His biggest win is over an ex-140 lb champ who moved up lol.

Angel Manfredy, Demarcus Corley, Phillip Ndou, Emanuel Augustus, Sharmba Mitchell, Henry Bruseles and Carlos Baldomir average 33yrs of age at the time they faced floyd who still to this day in his retired phase is in his prime.

And they give Pac a hard time for beating 3 old guys

Hatton was undeated and very dangerous to any fighter at that time. He was also on everyones pound for pound list. Lil Floyd Knocked him out. Oscar De La Hoya, over the hill , washed up what ever you want to say now most of you were talking alot of **** before the fight. Mayweather out boxed him , he did something no onewas able to do in his hold career take away de la hoyas jab, Mayweather controled the second half of the fight like always, he even had Oscar hurt a few times in that fight ,not visiable to the untrained eye. He was also on the P4P list of many at the time. Carlos Manuel Baldomir, once again another hard hitting, rugged tough ,big strong pressing fighter/brawler was supposed to kill Floyd. As you all could see not a chance in hell. Mayweather costed in that fight as if he was boxing a little kid. Slipping ,rolling turning ,Jabbing countering, pop shoting , dancing you name it prettyboy did it. Easy victory for Floyd. Zab Judah, the brooklynite was very game, in this fight ,sharp looking like a young Roy jones popping that jab then side stepping away from Mayweathers right. The Body punching and intellegence of the great Mayweather broke him down SLOWLY. Another easy victory for Floyd. Zab was also one of the known fighters who wa once on the P4P list. Sharmba Mitchell, one slick southpaw MUTHERF$#ker. He could make you look realy bad a fighter that alot of people did not want to fight because of his speed and arkwardness. Maywaether destroyed him him expert fashion. Arturo Gatti, two words , 'BLOOD n' GUTS' the real life comeback kid. Man did he get his ass handed to him. Mayweather was relentless, in his attack. Jose Luis Castillo, Do i really need to say anything about this Mexican brother. He was one of the toughest fighters i've ever seen and Floyd beat him twice, the first time with a fractured hand. This guy was really a killer. What does that say about Floyd. Diego Corrales, The late great worrior. Man this guy was all balls , undeated ,and in his prime when Mayweather destroyed him , knocked him the **** out, TKO STYLE. My boy is so serious with those hands. Not to mention DeMarcus Corley,Phillip N'dou,Emanuel Augustus,Angel Manfredy,Genaro Hernandez, all these guys were great also they were all in there prime except Oscar delahoya. For the record Diego Corrales ,Jose Luis Castillo,Phillip N'dou,DeMarcus Corley all went on to regain world titles again after Mayweather left the division, that really proves he must be great. Before you question any fighter do your research and see who they fought. Cotto has one big quality opponant , Margarita and he lost. Paul has one Margarita he won, Margarita has one Cotto he won. Please who has these guys fought to even be mention in the same sentence as Mayweather. Please you guys get sold a dream so fast simply because of race. Margarita is a bum , and so is baby Cotto. They just made each other look good. They have not face half the level of opposition of Mayweather and they all have losses already. They just dont have it. Mayweather is the one and only king of the welterweights period!
a lot of those guys you mentioned wasn't a champion when floyd beat them.

now if you're counting former champions or guys who won belts after they fought them , then why only mention margarito for cotto?

cotto fought a lot of the same guys floyd did plus he's fought mosley , malignacci , torres , etc. who have had belts......
