I wouldn't be surprised if a big part of his injury came during the Zab fight.
How come Winky doesn't have the same problem then?

I suppose if the 'golden girl' won't fight margarito the next obvious fight would be clottley/margarito. Both guys are as tough as ****. I can't imagine either of them being stopped. So that means it will be a 12 round bloody war. If margarito brings his usual conditioning and work-rate, god help clottley. I don't think he will be able to keep up with the pace. But, he seems to have a good defense (hands up high) so probs shouldn't get caught to much by them margarito bombs. Could be a classic! Don't think tony does boring fights!

I'm sorry, but do you ever say anything that isn't absolutely common sense? I mean, do you think anyone would say it was a bad idea?

His punching style is very sloppy as well. He never seems to land those really sharp crisp punches. It's as if he's throwing and landing them with his fist somewhat open not totally closed. This could DEF be a reason on why he continues to hurt his hands. This is my opinion of course. But for a fighter who is notorious for hurting his hands, and he's not breaking them, bruised knuckles and sprains, no breaks, it seems as thought something has to give with his punching style.

Clottey better take time off to heal up his hands all the way before he goes into anotha big fight. He won't get away wit that **** against Tony, just like last time.

He better be in top shape with nothing wrong with him for the remtach with marrigirrito. He can beat him if he's ontop of his game but if not he will lose again.Marrgirto can be had. he just had the style to beat cotto that dosn't mean he has the style to beat clotty.

The title is misleading. From the sounds of the article, Clottey never had any intention of pulling out of the fight, it was his advisers that told him to.

That would have ******! It would have been the second fight in a row that didn't go through..
