I suppose if the 'golden girl' won't fight margarito the next obvious fight would be clottley/margarito. Both guys are as tough as ****. I can't imagine either of them being stopped. So that means it will be a 12 round bloody war. If margarito brings his usual conditioning and work-rate, god help clottley. I don't think he will be able to keep up with the pace. But, he seems to have a good defense (hands up high) so probs shouldn't get caught to much by them margarito bombs. Could be a classic! Don't think tony does boring fights!Comment

His punching style is very sloppy as well. He never seems to land those really sharp crisp punches. It's as if he's throwing and landing them with his fist somewhat open not totally closed. This could DEF be a reason on why he continues to hurt his hands. This is my opinion of course. But for a fighter who is notorious for hurting his hands, and he's not breaking them, bruised knuckles and sprains, no breaks, it seems as thought something has to give with his punching style.Comment

Joshua Clottey has revealed that he nearly pulled out from his title winning bout with Zab Judah. During the final two-weeks of training camp, Clottey's hands began to bother him and he was unable to shake the pain. He was advised by people around him to withdraw from the contest, but he refused and went forward after receiving medicine and treatment from physiotherapist Awudu Nelson, the brother of hall-of-fame former champion Azumah Nelson. The title is misleading. From the sounds of the article, Clottey never had any intention of pulling out of the fight, it was his advisers that told him to.
That would have ******! It would have been the second fight in a row that didn't go through..Comment
