    cotto quit like a coward

i wonder why everyone is nut hugging cotto after he clearly showed he has no heart. he quit like a coward on the corner without even getting hit. he should have at least gone one more round to get some respect. margarito broke cottos will. there is no way anyone compliment cotto with a straight face. cotto has no heart, no nuts, no courage, he's a little ***** now who quit infront of thousands of people on national tv

It is disrespectful that people use avatars and sigs of cotto hitting margarito. When their man looked like he got with with a meat cleaver

He could have made it to the end of the fight if he had clinched for a round and a half. Instead he took the easy way out. I hope he only quit because he didn't want his family to see him get his arse kicked. I don't want to believe he's a coward.

Cotto actually won me over in that fight. Obviously i was rooting for margarito but Cotto took so many body shots in that fight and then those vicious uppercuts that margarito was getting in the nose of cotto, he took a lot damage! A lesser man would not have lasted as long as Cotto did!

true, but I never thought Cotto would quit, even if he/she was on the verge of dying. Cotto's not who I thought he was.

Cotto won me over by not making excuses after that beating that he took...he acknowledge the better man and accepted his position as second best....if only these puerco rican cotto nuthuggers would do the same......Steroids?...Steroids?.....Paleeeaaseee!! !....margarito is a god amongst puerco ricans now...no puerco rican could believe such a man existed without the use of illegal drugs or armour......but he does..oh yeah he does....Cotto was hit by a tornado..

i think Cotto realized the beating he was taking with still a lot left in the round was not worth the chance of having been left off worse. I may be in the minority but i have no problem with a boxer getting his ass totally kicked to just accept the loss and move on. Too many boxers have been left ****ed after retiring or are forced to retire because of vicious wars they were in where they were probably in the ring a lot longer than they should have been...Their longterm career and life are more important than anything else!
