      2. How often does Paulie stay healthy? He was injured against Ngoudjo and he was injured against N'dou in the rematch. I think that is a big reason why Hatton will win.
I did not get my point across right. Pauli needs to stick to his gameplan and fight a smart defensive minded outside type fight and not brawl with Hatton, bad example but I hope this clears it up.

should be a good fight, but that "if Paulie is totally healthy" is a pretty big hypothetical to bank him winning the fight on

as it's just one piece to the puzzle.

sure Hatton didn't look great vs Lazcano but Juan could do something Paulie can't and that's stun/buzz/hurt Ricky.

Paulie has to outbox and win at least 7 rounds or stop Hatton to win the fight. I don't see that happening.

Lazcano is about as far away from how Malignaggi fights. Lazcano relies on physicality and Paulie relies on technique. No one should read too much into the Lazcano fight IMO.

We're talking about Malignaggi and you say Hatton annoys you. Have you ever heard Paulie speak?

People are beginning to underestimate just how physically strong Hatton is. Malignaggi has very little body strength whatsoever, inside he doesn't know what to do other than flurry with his powderpuff punches. Mayweather was able to tie Hatton up inside and tangle the action in a swarm of arms, elbows and forearms. That's what he's good at. Malignaggi isn't great at tying up, and Hatton is one of the very worst opponents to have if you can't tie up. I think this is the fight where Hatton will prove he still has gas left in the tank. I rate Malignaggi but I think he's going to get worn out.

still the logic being used by the original poster states the Lazcano fight as a reason for Hatton being past it . as Lazcano was able to hurt Ricky during there fight.

it's not about Lazcano>Paulie or other way around, Ricky got buzzed and rocked vs Lazcano and doubtful that it happens to Hatton vs Malignaggi

but if were going to use technique, which is a better argument to use .... I really question Malig's ability to be able to box and keep the distance enough to win

granted he can do it . .but for how long? as he dominated the 1st three rounds vs Ngoudjo IMO

highly doubt the above can be done for 6+ rounds vs Ricky Hatton.

I hope Hatton wins, because if he loses there won't be a Pacquiao match.

it would be good to see the ******* beat ****man hatton for sheer comic value but it wont happen because apart from the gayweather fight hatton only fights old men and bums
