I don't make excuses, I just take in what actually happened.
Glad to hear you're honest about it...but you cant sit here and say that some of the fans make some outragouse excuses? Its comes from mayweather fans, Cotto fans, Margorito fans, Pacman fans, ect.

I don't know why people here think Williams actually has true KO power. He caught Q with a nice clean shot. See Torres-Holt for an example. Williams will outbox Cintron and beat him, cause Williams will not try to leave himself open to Cintron's power. But I don't see how the sudden Williams got heavy hands. Guy is a boxer with stamina, that's bout it, power isn't great.

But I've stated very clearly on my time at this forum that Paul won and a rematch is the fight I want to see.

        I didn't say you didn't. That's why I was asking.

as for the rest of the drivel I agree it is very comical how much **** PWill gets now. The man CONVINCINGLY beat the man who beat him which honestly is something Margarito needs to do with PWill.

Tony's new found fanatics need to realize the more they **** on PWill the more they **** on Tony as well but some are simply to dumb to realize it. PWill is the goods, has a claim to being the #1 welter, and IMO is much like Tony in that he will fight anyone anytime.

this **** is ****** and trust me I realize why some hate on Tony now.[/QUOTE]

The funny thing is, I never said anything bad about Margarito before reading this stuff and I still respect him. But you have always had a fair and intelligent outlook and I respect it whether I agree or not. I think Williams will win the rematch in a similiar fight. So if it goes down, I'm willing to bet.
good for me we are done to bet if the rematch happens. I got Tony you got PWill

funny thing. If it weren't for Tony and the fact I worked for his team for a bit I would say PWill is easily my favorite welterweight and one of my favorite fighters period. Dude is cool as **** I had the pleasure of just sitting there bull****ting with him after his presser in LA and all we did was watch the Margarito fight with him breaking down what he will do differently, what Tony did etc. Then we joked about other **** for a good 20 minutes

PWill is dopeness I don't care how many Tony fans say otherwise

25 of Williams 33 wins have been by KO or TKO. So you don't have much of a case if you say Williams has no power. There is a big difference between Margarito taking shots for 12 rounds and Cintron taking them.

Fighters do not need fans giving them excuses. In boxing, your fighter will lose. I always say what a fighter could've done more of, but even that is water under the bridge. The fighter explains himself whether he wins or loses. We have no right to question whether they are lying or not. There are things us fans can give perspectives on, but the actual fight, when a fighter speaks, I listen. I never call fighters cowards, and I don't lie about fighters.

i have always said that Paul wasnt properly prepared for the first quintana fight at all. I base that on Paul not sparring with any lefties. That hurt him a lot. It's also not a lame excuse since he sparred with luis collazo a lot for the 2nd quintana fight. Paul will not make that mistake again.

Any Marg fans want to argue this? I want to see what yall come up with go ahead?
