Otherwise you are nothing but a hypocrite.

      Gayweather has ducked everyone.

Marg has faced Cotto, Clottey, Williams and Cintron.

So what does that make of gayweather if you consider Marg a coward?

Do you have the balls to answer that. I bet you don't.
I'll answer it. Why isn't Margs demanding Arum make the Williams fight? Cintron is now a bum. Margs never truly beat Clottey as we all saw Margs get exposed, and Margs lost to Williams and that might be why he doesn't want to fight a rematch. You talk as if Floyd has done something wrong lol. You talk about who he should've fought when they are guys he didn't have to fight. Floyd is the true champ, and Margs was never champion. Only in todays phony world of title giving was Margs made a champ. Get your mind right ******, and talk about what the thread is aboutinstead of giving us your same special ed repetitive posts on floyd pusshead.

All the Marg haters are saying that Clottey would have beaten him had Clottey not injured his hand during the fight. So why is it wrong or cowardly for Marg to take this fight then? The way I see it he is going back to fight Clottey to remove all doubt about the fight. Keep in mind this is fight that he won regardless of the circumstances.

I reallly think that as someone posted earlier the Marg vs Manute Bol...I mean PWill fight will happen but damn I mean it has'nt even been a month since the fight and all of a sudden everyone wants a piece of him (mostly haters). Hey, PWill already beat him whats the hurry to make the fight. IMO Marg is in the drivers seat right now...enjoy the moment and **** everybody else. Make them get in line and wait until the money is right. As I've said before in other post. Boxing is a brutal business, make as much as you can because this is a business either way you look at it whether you like it or not.

Not exactly. Margarito sought the first fight with Williams and you can be sure he'll go for the rematch after Clottey.

Floyd didn't seek Margarito and he never will.

Everybody relax. Margarito will go to Williams after Clottey.

              There's no story here.

                I am suprised.
I would be fine with Tony saying he wants to take another fight then Williams but Arum has stated that a Williams fight will never happen.
So much for the warrior who will fight anyone.

And if he really wanted to fight Williams, which he doesnt, he would tell Arum that. And if Arum doesnt comply, find a new promoter. Floyd had the same problem with Arum, he locked him into fights he didnt want and did not give him the liberty to make his own decisions.

Get it straight... Margarito had to be FORCED to fight P-dub the first go-round.

I said, "will Margarito turn into Cotto and let Arum become his mouthpeace turning fights down for him to take blame off of him?"

                    THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED.

                      Margarito-Williams bout heads welterweight box-off

WBO welterweight champion Antonio Margarito puts his title on the line this Saturday against Paul "The Punisher" Williams in Carson, Calif. Margarito (34-4, 24 KOs) faces the WBO's top contender and mandatory challenger in Williams (32-0, 24 KOs).

                      By Chuck Johnson, USA TODAY
Two stardom-craved fighters aim to make their case Saturday night when WBO welterweight champion Antonio Margarito risks his title against unbeaten Paul "The Punisher" Williams at The Home Depot Center in Carson, Calif.
The scheduled 12-rounder will headline a televised tripleheader from two venues (HBO, 9 p.m ET), starting at Atlantic City's Boardwalk Hall where local favorite Arturo Gatti (40-8, 31 KOs) of Jersey City fights Alfonso Gomez (16-3-2, 7 KOs) of Whittier, Calif., in a 10-round welterweight bout.

In the opening bout, also at Boardwalk Hall, IBF welterweight champion Kermit Cintron (27-1, 25 KOs), from Reading, Pa., faces Walter Matthysse (26-1, 25 KOs), of Argentina, in a scheduled 12-rounder.

The welterweight showcase comes on the heels of Miguel Cotto's impressive 11th-round TKO victory against Zab Judah last month before a sellout crowd at Madison Square Garden in defense of his WBA 147-pound crown.

Margarito (34-4, 1 no contest, 24 KOs) was originally slated to fight Cotto in a title unification bout June 9 on the eve of New York's annual Puerto Rican Day Parade.

But, faced with the threat of being stripped of his belt, Margarito was prompted to hold off and instead fight Williams (32-0, 24 KOs), the WBO's top contender and mandatory challenger.

Top Rank's Bob Arum, promoter for Margarito and Cotto, says a fight between the two has already been signed but is contingent on Margarito getting past Williams. That promises to be no easy task as the southpaw Williams has been on a fast track to acclaim and could be Margarito's stiffest test.

"The winner of this fight is the pre-eminent welterweight in the world, and that includes Cotto or anyone else in the 147-pound division,"
said Dan Goossen, head of Goossen-Tutor Promotions, who won a purse bid to promote Saturday's bout and expects it to rate with the year's best.

"We've had (Oscar) De La Hoya-(Floyd) Mayweather, Cotto-Judah and (Ricky) Hatton-(Jose Luis) Castillo. At the top of that chain, we have two of the hungriest welterweights in the world, one that has been considered the most feared in boxing today, and the other one who wants to show he deserves the title, and both are in their prime."

At 6-1, Williams, has been compared to former great Thomas Hearns. The Augusta, Ga., native is eager to prove he's worthy of a title shot and has no trepidation about taking on Margarito, a Mexican native who's considered a slight favorite to retain his crown.

"Everybody says that Margarito is the most feared, and I want that reputation," says Williams, 25. "I understand the man is a champion, but there's new blood in the sport and this is my time to shine."

Margarito, 29, anticipates he'll have to make adjustments because Williams is at least two inches taller and a southpaw, but says he's ready for the challenge. "You will still see the same Antonio with the heart and Mexican pride that wants to put on great fights for his people," Margarito says.

                      ....................

Basically, Williams ****ed up Tony/Arum's plans once before, and Margarito is scared it will happen again.
