Why do people think we need more Black boxing stars?

People who say we need more black boxers should also say we need more white American boxers, more Salvadorian boxers, more Middle Eastern boxers. Its ******. Maybe they think because whites make basketball, football famous a sport dominated by blacks maybe they think because theres no blacks no one cares. I don't know. And i honestly have never noticed that we need more black superstars. Whites we needed them superstars and there here today, and now some people are crying for black superstars. Lol, let boxing be. It does a 360 all by itself. For example. Whites created boxing, used to dominate, then the blacks domiinated, the Mexican-Latins dominated, now its back to the whites dominating. Let boxing be. Instead of saying we need more black superstars, how about we need more boxing gyms!

Miranda sure is one slick boxer! Same for Jermain Taylor, he was elusive vs. Pavlik. Clottey cant take a punch so he has to run all night.

This has to be one of the dumbest threads ever. About the only thing that could have made it worse is if it was posted by Viva.

I guess because Floyd Mayweather, Pernell Whitaker, and Bernard Hopkins are black and for the most part elusive fighters, it must mean all black people fight that way.

I like the way boxing is right now. I am ready for Hopkins to leave the boxingscene. Mosley is on his way out as well. Now people want or say boxing needs new black boxers. I say we dont. In my honest opinion more black boxers means boxing is more boring. Nothing against them, but their slick boxing style does not generate interest. And people will hate boxing even more. What are your thoughts?
