Seriously, if Margarito doesn't fight Paul Williams, he is yet to be called THE MAN at 147lbs. And considering Paul beat him last time and knows what to do to beat Marg, I don't see how he can't repeat the performance, thus Margarito I think could have held the belt for the shortest span and have lived his 15 minutes of fame if Paul does beat him again.
