That is 1 of the many reasons they are both going to the Hall of Fame. So many of the Margaritas now claim that Margarito is the greatest WW of this era despite his 5 losses & UD loss to another current WW title holder.

The 1st time Margarito moved up in weight he experienced yet another loss. Margarito is almost 6ft tall & walks around well over the 147 WW limit. Does anyone actually think he actually has the balls to move up in weight again to add to his legacy? Or will he camp out at WW for the rest of his career?
The guy just won the most wanted tittle in one of the hardest ways possible in a excellent fight. Let him enjoy his victory, he kinda deserves it for wanting it so bad he surpassed himself to beat Cotto. He deserves utmost respect, only some of his fans are ******.

And I'm guessing you'd also like to see him knocked out.

I don't think Arum feared Pavlik losing to Williams. There was probably a price he was willing to pay and it wasn't worth it to PW to take the risk. Just people doing business looking out for their own best interests. I read earlier this week that Williams wanted over two million.

Margarito has no regard to calling out Rodney Jones.

This fight could easily be big if promoted right. IMO, Arum got scared that the fight wouldn't be big enough to possibly pay Williams 2 mil. We can't go by Williams fought at middleweight before. This was a big risk for him to move up to middle in one fight. Arum is the scum of he earth. He is now blaming Williams for Pav almost losing a T.V date. He is blaming Haymon over nothing.

Margarito makes 154 easily in my opinion and would be able to absorb shots, but 160 he will lose to EVERY top 5. Pavlick and AA would Ko him out. I think Margarito is doing fine where he is, more competitive and meaningful fights with PW, Clottey, hell why not quintana making it a clean sweep of Puerto Rico!!!!!!!

Would Abraham get ko'd by Calzaghe at 168 or 175?
