well they both admitted that while the offer is indeed a huge offer they know that Tony isn't seeing PWill as his next fight and was resigned to the fact that he will more than likely face his mandatory Michael Jennings in November with I think Arreola on the card.

Well this is a weird situation. Although Paul beat Margarito in thier first fight, Marg is still the main attraction due to the fact that he just beat Cotto. Margarito's fanbase is also bigger than Pauls (Ask a casual fan if they ever heard of Paul Williams). In order for Goosen to offer that type of money for this fight, it will have to be on ppv, and i doubt the numbers will be all that high to justify a $4mil payout to Margarito + Pauls purse. With that said, i dont see how Goosen can afford to pay both Marg and Paul handsomly. Cotto is a MUCH bigger name and draw than Williams, and Margarito only made $1.5mil for that fight. Only way to find out is for Arum and Marg to call his bluff and accept the fight!

How so many people so directly involved in the sport all decided to ignore that fight sounds like BS to me. What's more likely is once Cotto lost everyone developed sudden disinterest and never watched the fight.
