Jones wins, but Tarver always gives him trouble, no matter when, Jones may have been “perfect” at 168 but he was vulnerable at 175.

Jones lost the weight then fought Tarver and beat him.

Then he got knocked the **** out in the rematch several months later.

The weight thing is a lame excuse. Ever think that Jones might just have been beaten fair and square?

tarver ko of jones was simple luck he closed his eyes and was lucky no other way to put it and the thrid fight tarver was so hesitant he didn't even want to fight. jones only took the fight for money and that showed but when he showed some brilliance he was beating tarver just wasn't sustained for the whole fight

I think Jones would've won adecision, Tarver doesn't like dealing with speed but Jones didn't really like fighting southpaws either so Tarver would have made it a little difficult for him.

Jones is a better all-around fighter but I think Tarver just has the style to give Roy problems with or without an excuse.
