Man I'm Willing To Bet Big Bucks On This. Roy Got This. Joe Is Gonna Get Whipped. He Is Just Right For How Rj Loves To Fight. I Cant Wait For The Fight. Alot Of Ppl Of Doubting Roy Because Of The Past Knockouts, And Couple Of Fights. But Styles Make Fights.

If He Cant Hurt Roy, He Cant Beat Roy. And I Believe "slappy" Cant Hurt Him. Rj Gonna Talk On That Night.

        LOL

this is the funniest thread i have read in YEARS lol lol lol

roy jones at this stage of his career beating joe calzaghe who to be fair looks like he his in is prime of his life!!!

no contest, the betting forecast is not something to get involved in but i am adamant that joe is so far superior to roy jones at this stage of his career the guy is shot to bits losing to tarver (look at the job popkins did on tarver LOL)

i am not a nut hugger like some, i think joe should fight pavlik but the bottom line is, hes fighting jones jr and will win easily

my prediction is a TKO for joe calzaghe he will throw enough to hurt jones who is ruining his career by continuing to fight at his age

Realistic indeed, i also favor Calzaghe but i give Roy about a 40% chance. I don't think Roy is completly shot though by any means.

Roy still has something but it's not going to be enough to beat Calzaghe. There's no way JC loses a decision to RJ so i'd have to give RJ only a punchers chance, but even then Calzaghe's chin is pretty damn good so i can't see RJ hurting him either.

                  Roy is finished
It amazes me that so many people refuse to accept the fact that he has had his day but now its gone.He was a great fighter in his prime but now all we have is a 39(?)year old shell and if he carries on for to long he is going to get seriously embarrassed.

I picked Calzaghe over Hopkins. But I'm picking Roy over Calzaghe. Roy is not what he use to be, but when he lets his hands go hes still a terrific fighter. The only fight Roy didn't punch in was against Tarver the third time. Roy will try to win against Calzaghe, Calzaghe doesn't have Roy mentally screwed up like Tarver did. I think Roy wins a decision. Roy is still very athletic, fast and strong. Hes not what he use to be, and nor should he be.lol. Hes 40 years old. But remember Calzaghe himself is 36, Its not like Calzaghe is 21. Roy ain't no Jeff Lacy, Calzaghe fans should not think that.

Remember, Roys been in big fights, is still a good fighter and smart.

I give the first 3-4 rounds to Joe, while Roy adjusts and then expect Roy to take over. This guys smartness and talent will be the key. Quote me on this.
