A 3rd fight would make more sense between Pacquiao-Marquez then Pacquiao-De La Hoya would.
Who knows, maybe we'll still see a 3rd fight next year.

      LOL

casa is close to shot... if it was pac fighting casa he would have been criticized again for fighting another old opponent.

Marquez doesn't deserve a 3rd fight.. He got beaten twice already and who did he beat? Barrera that was already knock out Brutally by Pac before? Juarez that got beaten by MAB already? JMM is fighting leftovers by Pacquiao and Barrera and now he is fighting a 37 year old Casamayor.. I mean Oscar doesn't give **** about JMM... Money runs the sport, too bad JMM can't draw flies.

Bob Arum held off 3rd fight as well.

I thought Bob Arum eliminated the immediate opportunity of a 3rd fight with Marquez/Pacquiao by not only having Manny take on David Diaz in June

but didn't Arum publicly say that Marquez had to "up his stock first" before he could get a 3rd fight vs Pacquiao.

which is why Juan Manuel moved up to 135 to take on Casamayor

to up his stock, in order to face Pac-Man.

Pacman's closest and toughest fight was against JMM. I'd like to see another rematch down the road to finally settle the arguments as to who is really supreme.

Has anyone read about Marquez' views about the fight? No wonder Juan Lazcano wanted to whip Oscar's ass a few years back when he was under GBP.
pac won't be the same after oscar destroys him. that just steals all the glory jmm might have in the future by beating pac.

i agree, pac is trying to cash out right now... his career isn't going to last past the hatton beating that is if he gets out of the dlh fight alive.

Juan Marquez has no business at lightweight, **** either does Paq. But the fact Paq got to avoid everyone at 130 and STILL intends on callin out old fighters, lol....It's only better Oscar's old ass gets a first lick at Paq then Juan Marquez, who won't even make that strong of a lightweight to begin with.

I mean Chasing Paq is Paq's best advantages, he's got all the favor that way. I mean out of all the lightweights, he only gives the old ones or less skilled ones a fight. But forcin Paq to fight actual fresh fighters...That's what will equalize his bull**** aura. Now since he won't take those kind of fights, it's only best Oscar lays it on him lol. After that, Paq will go down a couple notches and have to fight the fights that all the other fighters have to fight, which are dangerous fights.

Hopefully, after Pacman KO's Oscar. Then Oscar will make a lot of money promoting a superfight rubbermatch between JMM and Pac.
