About two-weeks back, I hinted to the fact that Joe Calzaghe's wrist injury may have been a diversion to give the Welsh champion more time to deal with lawsuit brought forth by his former promoter Frank Warren. In a recent piece that was penned by author Thomas Hauser, it was revealed that Warren, who sued for breach of contract, had also sent threatening legal letters to HBO, Madison Square Garden (the fight venue) and other necessary parties. I could careless about Frank Warren, Golden Boy promotions or any of that BS. Every time I see a thread about this fight I keep thinking that Calzaghe is going to back out. All I care is BOTH come to the RING 100% so there wont be any EXCUSES from anyone!

If this postponement really is down to Warren, can't he leave his handbags at home until after the fight? Then take Calzaghe to town for all I care, just get the fight out of the way first. If not, I'd have 2 agree, Warren is a ***** who puts himself above the fans and his fighters.

This is why i laugh at alot of people on here who think promoters are great, For example Bob Arum or Warreen...Warren try to scare people off Naz and Hatton when the refuse to renew there contract by lying that they both still have a contract with him and warn anyone that interfered would be sued.

So am not surprise he did the same with Joe c but am sure he isnt winning this case.
