Zab "super" Judah. If anyone disagrees Zab will low blow you then give you a rabbit punch.

He should of beat Cotto but Lowblotto had to ruin his rythem with those low blows.

He should of beat Mayweather but Floyd paid him off before the fight.

He should of beat Clotty who put up his hands for the whole fight instead of trading with this generations Brokyln Bomber.

He should of beat Tyszu but the Ref stopped it to early.

Spinks is a legend so that loss is meaningless.

all these top names should be fighting each other, right now though, I think the the fighter that can beat most of the names on the list would be Williams, followed very closely by Clottey. Mayweather would be 1st but since he's retired I leave him off.

What I do know is that if they would have a welterweight tournement consisting of these fighters It would be amazing for the division, the fans and the sport of boxing! (now picture this!)
Before a major title fight in a sold out arena they have Mr. Buffer Introduce these welterweights One by one to meet in the middle of the ring. As the crowd goes crazy, each fighter pulls a name out of a spit bucket. Then have them pair up for a staredown and a classic "Kodak Moment! Elimination tournement baby!!!!
              Margarito
              Williams
              Clottey
              Berto
              Cotto
              Mosley
              Quintana
              Mayweather

Let's leave De La Hoya out of this one. He has nothing to prove at this stage of his career.
From this list, I'd pick Mayweather. He had fleet feet just like a prime Mike Tyson. Seriously, it's a tie between Marg & P-Will since PBF is retired

the winner of margarito/williams II will be the best ww.

nobdy who doesn't avenge losses shouldn't be the best fighter at ww.

Andre Berto, than Daniel Santos. Other than Mayweather of course.
