When is VIC DARCHINYAN gonna be in a CLASSIC?!?!

I'm not sure if Vic can be the kind of guy that would make a classic. If he's not dominating, he doesn't do so well, and gets fusturated easily. I'm not sure if he has the will to go through a pure fire fight inwhich his punches aren't really messing up his opponent and he's getting hurt in return. Some fighters are like that, if they can't dominate, they don't perform as we think they should.

^^He lost once so i dont know about the frusturation. He would beat Donaire in a rematch. But i think him and Arce would be a great fight. Two punchers and *******s in a way. I would love to see these guys fight im a fan of both

Darchinyan has great power for his size, but he throws wide and wild punches which do carry KO power but leave him vulnerable to being KO'd by a decent boxer-puncher with good counter-punch ability.

Hate him or love him, he has a very entertaining style for such a tiny dude.

First he was thrown in with slick boxer Nonito Donaire, and was overmatched.

Then Kirilov is thrown in with him, and Kirilov was overmatched.

If they can find a guy smack in the middle of Donaire and Kirilov, that would be an amazing fight. The guys at the top of the division like Montiel and Mijares would just destroy Darchinyan though. Although, both would be entertaing

i don't think he was overmatched with Donaire at all..i thought Vic started to find his range with Donaire and then got KTFO...a lot of that was due to Vic's mistakes too.

yes its unorthodox and he does get hit quite a bit by counter shots but if you watched yesterdays fight you would see he was moving around more and had tidied his D up a little bit...

and his southpaw stance, lunging attack and incredible power make for great fights... i see him and arce having a classic fight....

against mijares montiel he would most likely get outboxed but vic would have a punchers chance and his weird style could cause those guys problems...
