It amazes me the amount of hate some people have for margarito People actully thinking he's scared of williams when he already fought him. I hope margarito fights delahoya or the clottey to get his belt back then go beat the **** out of that skeleton looking for a payday only to receive a beating. Well those slaps and movement of Paul's were pretty effective and they were winning him rounds and confusing Margarito. Then yeah he was holding there more in the later rounds, but in that 12th round he could have folded, but instead took it up a notch and sealed the fight. I actually had Williams up by a point going into that last round and the way Margarito was going I felt like he was gonna win the next round as well, but Paul instead imposed himself on Marge and got the victory.

he's not "scared" of PW personally.....just scared at the prospect of LOSING.

think about it.......he loses to PW, he's back to where he was b4 the cotto fight. he's now in a position to demand "cotto money." he loses to PW again, he really loses any leverage he has gained since beating cotto.

It is good for Margarito that Goosen made this offer because Arum will have to atleast match the 4 million if he wants to go another route like Clottey ( who would prolly get like a million maybe 750k). Arum has to be mad now because he has to pay Margarito atleast $4 millions because Bob Arum throws around nickels like they are manhole covers.

The money looks good, but it really depends on the terms of the contract. If Goossen is asking for options on Margarito, then Arum probably won't let this happen. But if it's a straight up $4 million with no strings attached, then Margarito should take this fight if he can't get Oscar...
