When Margarito finds out DLH fight won't happen, I am sure there will be a rematch.
Margarito didn't have to fight him the first time and did, so I don't see why he wouldn't a second time if the DLH sweepstakes doesn't result in a fight.

I think it will be a close fight once again.
Margarito doesn't do great against southpaws, so if Williams is on his a game it should be a very close fight.

This is turning out to be like the Mayweather/Baldomir/Margarito scenario, And i pray Margarito doesnt pick clottey because if he does the double standard if he doesnt get critise would be huge.

Actually he had to, He was Rito's mandatory and rito didnt want to lose his belt, He also wanted to take his belt into a cotto fight has leverage in the negiotation table.

He wasnt offered a lot of money to face cotto and Arum wanted him to vacate his WBO belt at the time but he didnt want to because he thought a unification fight would make him more money than him being just a challenger to Cotto's WBA belt.

Now, if Williams will junk his adviser and the $4M still hold... then we might see Margarito-Williams...

So Arum's offer of $8 million dollars to Mayweather isnt bogus? wow the double standard is huge..

I thought the way it went down was that Margarito was to fight Cotto but Goosen sued him to get the fight made or something along those lines. Something to do with contractual arrangements so you may be right.

From what I understand he's been offered 1.6 mil not 4 mill.
Also Margarito was so pissed off after their first fight he said he'd never fight under Goosen's promotion. So no chance of this fight happening unless Arum is the promoter.

No goosen didnt threathen to sue rito, He had a Mandatory with Williams that was put off because of injury sustained in the Clottey fight, He also had a one-fight contract left with Bob arum and his manager thought Arum wasnt promoting Margarito that well.

So goosen came in with a $1.4 offer which Margarito accept to face Williams instead of the offer of under 1million dollars that Arum offered Margarito to face Cotto, arum threathen to sue Goosen for interfering with his fighter but it didnt hold any water because Goosen won the purse bid at the WBO headquarter for a Margarito/Williams fight.

Margarito didnt want to press ahead with the Cotto fight because Arum wanted him to sign a continual 5 fights contract/1million dollars to get a fight with cotto while he could have fought a Green williams for 1.4million without any future obligation to Goosen promotion.

Where did you get that from? If Margarito was offered and make 1.4 million dollars in the first fight why would he only be offered 1.6 million dollars AFTER beating Cotto? It doesnt make sense mate.

This is the link to the legal wrangling
For almost two months, welterweight titlist Antonio Margarito's mandatory defense against Paul Williams hung in limbo during a legal fight between their promoters over the rights to the match.
