Darchinyan is in for a rude awakening if he thinks he can wing it against the elite superflyweights. He'll be eating flush left hooks all day.

mijares is miles ahead of vic in skill combos speed etc...but i have a very distinct feeling that vics weird lunging style combined with his southpaw stance and immense power could give mijares some problems......

then again mjiares could outbox him but i dunno vic has a punchers chance and like i said his style is very awkward

That fight analysis ******. There was nothing competitive about that fight and Kirilov went out like a chump by not getting up. That's what happens when you and your trainer can't speak the same language. Darchinyan is a beast.

i think Vic deserves a lot more credit than what ppl are giving him...and for all those who say that he can't fight bigger fighters, Vic was right..hello hello, I was the one who KTFO Irene Pacheco, a very tall and one of the best ever flyweights!..

          credit where is due!

That being said, Mijares is still better then Donaire even if he takes longer to KO darchinyan
Montiel, Donaire and Mijares are miles above Darchinyan in skill, all you have to do is stay away from one punch and nail him with a right hand when he lunges in, truthfully, Darchinyan isnt on those guys level, honestly.

But they would all be great fights and i cant wait for something resembling a unification to happen in the division,

remember when it was arce, wongjongkam and vic? Look at this mess now.

As a point of clarification, Pacheco was lucky to be a titlist at all after the Makepula fight, was plagued with inactivity, and wasn't in fart sniffing range of being a great Flyweight much less one of the best ever. Just cause Vic said doesn't make that statement remotely true.

I'm disappointed in Kirilov. He's a good boxer who's capable of much more than he showed against Vic. Props to Vic for the KO but Kirilov looked like ****. I expected a lot more from him.

How Kirilov won a world title is beyond me. David Diaz put up more of a fight.

If Showtime says Darchinyan dominated the flyweights, even though he was never ranked 1 by Ring Magazine, anything is possible.

If Darchinyan wasn't in with Gary Shaw, who pretty much runs Showtime, where would he be?
