Why is what he said seem ****** to you? I'm pretty sure he didn't say anything in those terms but we all can safely assume he wanted to exact some sort of old school punch out for backing out.

I'm not saying Mexicans don't live in Puerto Rico and date Puerto Ricans, but considering the rivalry, this doesn't look good for a top Mexican athlete of Oscar's status.

Oscar is simply taking the easier fight. He knows he will be significantly bigger and stronger than Manny Pacquiao and will likely knock him out at some point of the fight. Manny is great but this would definitely be biting off more than he can chew.
Very well put. What Oscar visualizes is him coming out on top, as a champion, and a hero, for taking down the Mexican assassin or whatever they call Manny. But what he doesn't realize is that even his own fans that are even some what into the rest of the boxing world see him picking on a smaller opponent. Either way I'm watching the fight, with a big sigh and rolling eyes at Oscar.

It's not what he's saying, it's what he's trying to do. He's trying to make people buy into the hype and say that the Pacquiao DLH fight is acceptable, a great match up, and true bad blood. And maybe the last part is true, maybe, but his agenda is so obvious and he is the only saying that because it would kill him inside if Antonio Margarito made a big money fight.

Look at his threads, the guy's a solid gold ******.

            Oscar is full of s#@&%!

Oscar, knows he's gonna come in there weighing above 152 lbs, it'll be like Manny hitting a punching bag, Manny seems like he's being driven by the almighty dollar and so is Arum.....There is no way on earth this fight should be made, it's a fraud and we the people will be the victims if this fight actually gets signed on.......Oscar has his lackies saying that Margarito has unfinished business to take care of with Paul Williams because Margarito loss to him....well after B-Hop knocked him out did Oscar seek to avenge that loss, HELL NO!!! He opted to join forces with him with Golden Boy Promotions.....I've always felt that fight was nothing more than an agreed upon payday between those two.....that BS shot B-Hop hit him with was so bogus...and if you clearly watched that fight Oscar was throwing little pity pat punches...I truly feel that was a well ochestrated fight.......Anyway, Oscar again is trying to **** the public, by trying to validate this bogus fight with Manny.......Instead of giving the people what they want which i feel is a showdown with Margarito...TO Oscar's credit when all is said and done his record will show he fought just about everyone there was to fight, but a fight with Manny is outright ridiculous.........And quite frankly, he probably has a few more fights left in the tank...I really don't believe this will be his last fight............there's just way too much money out there.....he's got Hatton and Toito out there for another minimum $60 million to put in the bank....

This fight is obviously going to be in favor of DLH. Manny and Roach are betting on DLH being washed up at this point in his career. I think this strategy furthers the perception that Manny has built his career on fighting old fading champs... although DLH is obviously a much bigger one. Maybe Manny will challenge Ali in his next fight Anyway, regardless of whether DLH crumbles or Manny is KTFO (which is alot more likely), both guys are getting a huge payday and that's the main motivator for these guys.

This is a ***** move by Oscar. Why doesn't he fight Margarito now??? Because he only wants to fight people he knows he can beat.

                      wtf?
Why would it kill me inside of margarito made a big money fight?
Wtf oscar chooses who he wants to fight.
And practice what you fools preach don't let margarito fight a past his prime oscar...what is the use for that fight?
If you say margarito will clearly dominate.
Let margo fight a competitive fight against williams or the winner of judah vs clottey for the unifications.
Let Oscar retire with a Devastating KO so he can finally be retired for good.
Oscar is not gonna Retire on a Loss let him finally knock out a p4p number 1 fighter and call it a day.
And when Oscar is gone then you guys can have Margarito to look to be the top draw.
