It annoys me greatly when people criticise American fighters for not going over to Europe and fighting the protected champs over there when they would be sacrificing profit to do so. It makes no sense. What does make sense is for the Europeans to make the trip over to the US. By doing this they get the extra profit and recognition from the boxing public. Of course the majority of the top Europeans are not good enough so they just stay at home and earn less money fighting more comfortable fights.
