Cotto loses a tough fight to Margarito, one he was winning for the first half, and now all of a sudden even Kermit Cintron is better? I like Cintron, I've defended him numerous times before, but come on, be real. smh

it would be a good fight, i can get down with that, and it would be interesting to see that fight unfold, mainly due to the size factor and the fact that both lost to margarito.

i think it would be a great fight for cotto's next fight actually, i know its a bit much to bite off after losing in his last fight the way he did, but it would be a solid fight.

the size factor would be huge in that fight, but the thing that i see what would, i think, lead cotto to victory over cintron is the body attack. cintron never took margarito's bodyshots well and i know for a fact that cotto has enough fire power to do the same kind of damage with his punches. also experience plays into this match up, cotto has far more experience, and more facets to his game.

now, cintron lands a clean right hand, cotto could go to sleep, it's just really hard to get that kind of shot off on cotto, it takes a lot of work to get that opening, it took margarito some time before he started landing really clean shots.

all in all, i think it would be a good match up, but i would have to go with cotto over cintron, just due to track record and durability.......

And Cotto was put in life or death scenarios with Torres and Corley.

              Two **** fighters.

Maybe not in the Feliciano respect.................but............

The guy is a bear who showed serious grit in his last loss to Tony.

1 of those nasty overhand rights would KTFO Cotto with ease.
You gotta remember...aint nobody tryin 2 get hit with his right hand...besides the fact that he's one-dimensional, take into consideration that he has poor stamina to accompany his wild foolish style. He hits hard but cant take his own medicine. Cotto would defenitely own him.

I like Cintron and he does have a cannon for a right. But he has no head movement and a very loose D. I think Cotto would rip him up with his superior speed and combonations. Just my opinion.

Look at my past posts. I have always had love for Cintron. I wanted Margs to beat him, but I have always like Cintron. I think he just ran into the wrong fighter. I think he beats Berto, Judah, Clottey, and MAYBE Cotto. I think he has the skill set to beat Cotto, plus a mean right hand, and uppercut. Cotto is ALWAYS open for the upper. Pick'em. I would really like to see him vs. PW. I think that would be a great fight. He has a decent chance to beat him. The only one I dont favor him against is Margs.

I'm not sold on him. He's never beaten a good fighter. He struggled with Feliciano. All he has is his power. Very one dimensional.
