one punch knockout power = wide shoulders, wide back

I've recently been noticing this! Are there any one punch knockout artists that don't have very wide shoulders and a wide back (v shape torso)???

    Foreman

    McClellan

    Jackson

    Mugabi

    Hearns

    Cintron

    Mugabi

    Tyson

    Frazier

    Louis

    Benn

    Shavers

    Marciano

it's obviously not 100%, but i think there's a link, I can't think of any one punch knockout artists that don't possess a wide back and shoulders!

If you hit the bag really hard for the first time, you'll notice the next morning your shoulders and back are what's most sore.

Contrary to popular belief, big arm muscles does not mean big puncher. At all. It's all about shoulders, back, and torso.

I'm sure there have been guys with wide shoulders and a wide back, without one punch knockout power, but that's because they have ****ty technique.

It also depends on your weight at fight night, speed and timing

thats why you see some boxers who do not even do pullups and they got some massive backs.
I started hitting the heavybag 2 weeks ago and the middle of my back is sore as **** including the traps and shoulers area.

Anyone who lifts weights knows how hard it is to hit the middle back and get that part sore hopefully I can have a thicker back like miranda.

no i'm not saying all people who have wide shoulders and back have one punch knockout power because it;s obviously due to technique too but i can't think of any who do have that power who aren't built like that.

Pavlik has quite wide shoulders too
