Clottey is promoted by Arum which makes the fight easier to make, he lost to Margarito and beat Judah which would make the fight interesting to fans and being the man at 154 doesn't mean it'll bring him recognition and money, I mean how much recognition does Mora get? Or Forrest, or Santos, or Phillips, or Dzinziruk? Being a titlist and a top 5 guy in a loaded division like 147 is better than being the man in a hollow division like 154 IMO.

It wasn't permanent because he got fights at 147! That's why he moved back down. And there is no money at 154 - there's another reason. And why move up for no money and get a title when you can stay at 147, get a title and more money?

And he's signed to Top Rank now. So he doesn't have to do that, especially if he wins a title. And,who knows, maybe he fights Margarito again.

If Arum still values Cotto he will not match him up with Clottey.

His only real fight at WW after Zab is PWill because Paul's options aren't that great either. And if they fight, PWill wins.

Who is making more money, Judah or Clottey?

I don't know about that, Arum has been willing to let Cotto fight the best there is to fight and Cotto is willing to fight them, I think Cotto would be able to beat Clottey, if Cotto wins, it would set up a potential rematch against Margarito if he wants one.

Williams vs Clottey would be a good fight, there's always the winner of Mosley-Mayorga, Cinton and Collazo.

Sure Cotto could and would be the favorite to win, but like Margarito, Clottey is bigger, stronger, and more durable than Cotto. I really can't see Arum or Cotto wanting this fight. At least not anytime soon.

I'm actually hoping Judah beats Clottey as i think Judah is a harder fight for Marg stylistically .... Call me mental i know, But Marg already knows how to beat Clottey and would win a wide UD whereas Judah is a whole different task for him, A different puzzle to solve.

We'll agree to disagree, because I wouldn't be surprised if a Cotto-Clottey fight is made in the near future, possibly sometime next year after Cotto has had a comeback fight.

I don't know, although I would assume Zab. The real answer is...THE WINNER.
