pacquiao looked he is badly in need of money. it appeared that he is serious in discussing of a possible delahoya fight probably because he will run for political office in 2010. running for political office is costly. he should have at least P100 million as doleouts.

i admire pacman as a fighter but he will be in trouble if he fights delahoya.

that would be another cotto-margarito fight. oscar's natural weight will tear him down in the later rounds.

WBC lightweight champion Manny Pacquiao will take every precatution possible if a bout with Oscar De La Hoya comes together for December 6 in Las Vegas. Pacquiao's lawyer, Franklin Gacal, told the Manila Bulletin that Pacquiao is taking the size factor very serious and wants to take measures to make sure that De La Hoya does not try to come in over their discussed fight weight of 147-pounds. I think Manny is making a mistake, and could do with better advice. Whilst I'm against this outrageous matchup, my opinion doesn't count. If I were Manny, I'd insist on at least double,-or more- as a penalty for each lb OR ANY PORTION THEREOF, that is $1.5 mill. .......................
