WBC lightweight champion Manny Pacquiao will take every precatution possible if a bout with Oscar De La Hoya comes together for December 6 in Las Vegas. Pacquiao's lawyer, Franklin Gacal, told the Manila Bulletin that Pacquiao is taking the size factor very serious and wants to take measures to make sure that De La Hoya does not try to come in over their discussed fight weight of 147-pounds. Pacquaio will demand a penalty of $750,000 dollars for every pound De La Hoya weighs above 147. [details]

That is good I would ask the same
Oscar always gets his damn way and if he comes in at 150 and then thinks a fighter will just take the fight because he is oscar that is lame.
If the fight is signed for 147 he better make weight.
But oscar can make 147 he didn't look like a skeleton when he fought forbes he could easily squeeze out a few pounds.
