You need to revisit a prime Hopkins instead of looking at a past it Hopkins that only does enough to make his fights close. He was absolutely brilliant in his prime. He is one of the greatest fighters of all time and certainly a top 4 middleweight great.

Actually, Joe Lipsey(the guy that Hopkins is knocking out in this video) is alot better than Mercado. This was when Bernard was actually in his true prime and had the experience that he needed. Hopkins will most likely be greater than most of your favorte fighter today. He is boxing history.
