I was pointing out that you can't critique Cotto for "running" and "getting chased" in a negative fashion (despite getting caught).....and in the same breath turn around and support Floyd's performance against Baldomir.

Floyd once again fought a boring, overly defensive fight that only a complete moron would have sacrificed their time to watch.

Am not supporting Mayweather's performance against Baldomir, Am merely using the same logic that some people on here use to critise Mayweather.

They all claimed Mayweather is a runner blah blah blah, Now Cotto basically did the samething that PBF did and they try to call it boxing? Am not standing for it.

I didn't know he really wanted to win....can I change my vote?

You just cant compare because one guy won and one guy lost. If it means anything, Cotto would have beaten Baldomir just as easily.

Difference is, Cotto made much more of an offensive effort against a much more dangerous opponent. Floyd was satisfied with playing "tag your it" against a journeyman.

Even in those first 6 rounds --- the signs were he was hittable and would be in trouble as the pace of the fight and the accumulative damage caught up to him.

He should have never got ****y pulling those Sweet Pea moves --- because it look dumb now.

                  Which was more intelligent?

If Cotto fights Marg again do you think he has the same "offensive" minded gameplan?
