Here's another thing Baldomir also has a granite chin. Floyd hurt his hand in that fight. That was an indication to him that his best punch wasn't going to drop the guy. Why would he continue to sell out for a KO if it wasn't going to happen?

I don't think anyone can call that admirable when he was embarrassed his damn self.

Why do you think he avoided doing the interview?

Mayweather dominated Baldomir and made him look like a fool. Baldomir landed maybe ½ punch in that fight. Cotto tried to outbox Margarito and did so for 6 rounds, then Margarito was on his ass and destroyed him. I don't remember Mayweather folding after 6 rounds, no? He dominated Baldomir for 12 rounds straight.

            Using this logic:

Byrd's performance against Wladimir in their second fight is more admirable than Wladimir's performance against Ibragimov.

            Right, RWK?

i say cotto's against margarito even though he lost...

he took a pounding and got his face soaked in blood...

he really wanted to win that one...and towards the end of the fight he did while being infront of margarito taking shot after shot...it was a sad thing to see...

                      Irrelevant info.
That's like me mentioning Floyd's punches did more damage to Baldomir than Cotto's did to Margarito on the grounds that Floyd had Baldomir bleeding.
