Joe Calzaghe was a Frank Warren. Do you really think Frank 'The ****' Warren would send his prize fighter into a ring with a prime Roy Jones!??!

    Think about it.
There is no proof that he dodged him blatantly. But logic would point to the number of genuine challengers Jones managed to avoid in favour of inferior fringe level contenders throughout his reign at P4P King.

Why wouldnt Warren send Joe to fight him? A loss to a guy people were proclaiming as the best of all time wouldnt exactly end Joe's career now, would it?

A loss for Jones to some "unknown stay-at-home Euro fighter" in his own back yard would've been devestating. Jones weighed up the risk/reward factor and didnt like the results.

No proof of what? That Jones ducked Calzaghe........I never said he did. Ducking is a strong term and no one really has "clear proof" that one fighter is scared of another.

What can be seen is that Jones took a lot of easier challenges when he had the pick of who he wanted.

Roy Jones, as much as I like Calzaghe, Jones was a better fighter as a whole in his prime than Calzaghe will ever be.
