Great analysis. Totally agree. Cotto demonstrated he's the superior boxer by far, he just used his plan in the wrong way.

No ****ing way....I love Cotto and dont think any welter in the world including FLOYD would have beaten him saturday night but to jump back in with Tony is suicide...the ko would come in 7 not 11.
Cotto needs 3 fights and some time...time maybe the key....let Tony get a little longer in the tooth and let Miguel rebuild his confidence...if you love Miguel this is the gameplan to eventually getting his revenge.
To get back in with Antonio Margarito within the next 365 days is absolutely asking for the same result only sooner-my fear as a Cotto fan is he will never be the same...again let time determine this not a rematch with the games ultimate grinder.
Be smart...Trust me bob Arum will.

It was obvious during the fight who was more superior in skills, Tony was just tougher and able to take alot of shots.
All miguel needs is a better gameplan to conserve more for the late rounds
