Why Isn't Cotto Targeted By Top Fighters????

I think there is 2 reasons why Cotto isn't fighting top guys yet.

1. His people do not think he is ready.
2. The top guys have nothing to gain by fighting him.

Couldn't have said it better. I think those are the exact reasons why. He owns no major belt, & he's still making his name.

The fight with Corley didn't happen because, according to Top Rank, his people didn't accept the offer quick enough and that he overpriced himself. However, his people claim to never have received the offer nor to have overpriced himself. Who knows.
