You know its early and hard to tell at this moment. I am yet to see Juanma get hit with a massive shot, and Gamboa can crack. Problem is Juanma is a serious puncher himself, and Gamboa has went down a few times, mostly to being offbalance, but who knows. I would have to go with Juanma but it is still early.

juanma by ugly ko in 3rds.

the problem with gamboa is that he knows that he's good and he's waaayyy too ****y.
if he fight with juanma with that style and hands down KO in 1rd.

People give too much credit to Lopez's power, he is very strong, but his offensive's best weapon is the accuracy of his shots. The problem with Gamboa is that his defense is subpar and his chin is suspect, which make this a bad stylistic matchup for him.

          Problem solved. Class dismissed!
gotta agree but juanma has a better chance beating him at 126 then gamboa at 122

I lean towards Juan M. Lopez because of experiance and Gamboa gets knocked down alot. Gamboa does this partly because he is reckless.

I'm backing Gamboa, partly because I like him rather than anything logical. Lopez showed he is vulnerable in his last fight though his opponent was a relentless beast.
