There are some good welterweight champions today but i would have to agree. Trinidad was a monster, so was a prime De La hoya, Mosley, Carr et. I still think that they would struggle with Margarito and Mayweather though. Anyone would struggle with a guy that could take your best shots and not be effected by them and is a hard puncher himself. I would favor De La Hoya and Mosley over Mayweather. Mosley with his busy volume punching style and i figure if a past his prime De La Hoya nearly beat Floyd, then i prime Oscar could pull it off and definitely had the stamina to do it back when he was in his prime.

Mosely doesn't have defense and DLH was weak against someone who could throw a good jab. Tito was a MONSER I would favor him against every other WW except Mayweather. Mayweather is a better boxer then Vargas and look what Vargas did to Tito.

You should be saying that with confidence! Just becuz Margarito took Cotto's best shots doesn't mean that he'd take Tito's. There are harder punchers then Cotto like Zab, Cintron, Margarito and Mosely. Margarit has NO DEFENSE how would he take a left or right hook to the chin from Tito. Trust me when I say this, Tito left and right hook will land at the start of the bell.
