Good thing you didn't bet me pest.

I have been very lucky since I started betting on the scene.

I thought both sets of fans were great last night.

Maybe, but i think that fight may have given Margarito the exposure he needs. Now he has a good reward ratio, The guy that beat Cotto. He is a star in the division now (IMO) and i hope to god, he gets the big fights.

It's not bad for boxing from a fans stand point. We saw a great fight. It's not our job to promote. Let the business men handle that just enjoy what you see. I could care less about cash cows and what not.

That's Arum's fault. He should have been smart enough not throw Miguel in there with Margarito. Not because he isn't good enough. But because he can't be hurt by the visibly smaller man.

Did he see the Cintro fight. Much taller and more equal to Margarito. And he may be even as strong or stronger puncher than Cotto. He threw the kitchen sink and Margarito and he still didn't budge.

Interesting topic. If you put your loyalties to either boxer aside the sport probably did want Cotto to win. Cotto was the rising star in boxing. also, I doubt De La Hoya fights Margarito now. The perfect scenario is Cotto winning and De La Hoya fighting him for the pride of Mexico in his last fight. That would have been even bigger than Cotto-Margarito. But now if he fights Margarito even if he wins it would be Chavez all over again where the Mexican fans turn on him.

Either way, good for Margarito. I hope he enjoys all the privileges and perks he can from winning this fight.

Yeah, I should bet on the fights you and Elgranluchador bet.
