he's a HUGE welterweight. It came down to the fact that he's a HUGE welterweight that should be fighting at 154. Cotto is a smaller welterweight. Margarito being the size he is is able to take alot more punishment then someone Cottos size could take. Cotto was doing his thing and boxing really good but it came down to Margarito imposing his size and strength on the smaller Cotto. Just look how much trouble Margarito had with big welterweights in Clottey and Williams. But hey i have to give Margarito his props he went and beat Cotto. I actually thought Cotto was gonna win but i was obviously wrong lol. Still I think the size difference had ALOT to do with him winning.

Well I think his ability to take a punch also comes with the size difference.. He's a big guy so obviously he'll be able to take a punch from a smaller man. But he definetly does have a very good chin I cant take that away from him.
