It was clearly accidental Cotto had at times dipped down very very low without actually going down and the ref was a little slow to jump in so I dunno I disagree.

Cotto took a knee while Margaritos punch was already being thrown. The punch happend to land while Cotto's knee was on the ground.

Bayless is a better referee than Cortez. He saw the punch had no significant effect it barely sc****d Cotto. Roy Jones however hit Griffin with a very significant punch and it was intentional.

I tough about it too, but I think it was accidental as he threw at the same time Cotto took a knew. We will know later as they show a vid clip.
