Cotto has nothing to be ashamed of...

He went out on his sheild tonight like a true warrior... he hit margarito with the whole kitchen counter... **** a sink... props to margarito... it was an amazing fight... I definitely think a rematch is in order... if cotto sits back and watches the tapes... I think he can correct those mistakes... Thank God both men made it out alive to fight another day... that had to have been one of the top five fights i've ever seen... and I've been watchin boxing heavy since the 80's

If coarse you don't care, your not the fighter who lost. Emotionally I could imagine Cotto is hurt worse than he is physically.

He has nothing to be ashamed of, he fought his heart out and gave his best, he was just beaten by the better man this time.

He shouldn't have left. I'm a Winky fan by the way. And he didn't show any class by leaving the ring after his fight with Taylor was declared a draw. Cotto, like Winky had no reason to leave because they put on great performances and had nothing to be ashamed of or disgruntled about.

I think both Margarito and Cotto fought their heart out. Styles make fights and tonight Margarito pulled the rock over the scissor called Cotto. (paper rock scissors reference)..Cotto is so used to breaking down the other fighter he didn't know what to do when a fighter walked through his punches. I think if they fight again the same result will happen. I still believe that Cotto would fair better against Mayweather though. Great fight.

really it looked to me like cotto left to tend to his wife and kid who were also emotional over the loss... I've watched the fight several times and he went up to margs twice and congratulated him... It was an amazing fight... This was a night that even though my boy lost i was proud to be a cotto fan... he gave it his all... and if he regroups he can definitely win a rematch... goooo cottttttoooooooooo!!!!!
