His chin was what won the fight. Sure he can take a shot but he was outboxed outclassed and looked horrible.

He Still didnt impress me because he doesnt have what Great fighters have and thats skill.

You have to give him the nod for pretty much walking down Cotto. Something Cotto is very used to doing. I give him props for have a granite chin and Cotto props for putting it all out on the line.

Would Margarito win against a master boxer in Floyd Jr? Maybe, maybe not, since Floyd is even better at his bicycle. Would Margarito win against ODH master boxer skills and power? Probably. Will these fights ever happen? **** no. So we won't know if Cotto was a giant fighting little boys that Margarito exposed or if Margarito can actually handle someone with the skills of Floyd or Oscar.

this guy weight drains himself to make that 147 limit when he knows he needs to be at 154 or 160, where he'd lose easily. If he really has so much guts then he wouldn't be afraid to move up again...he got outboxed by a guy who isn't the best boxer tonight and still did nothing to outclass him until cotto got wore out. He should thank god he doesn't have a Tommy Hearns, a Sugar Ray Leonard or a Roberto Duran in that class right now becuase they'd all make him look foolish with extreme skill...Margarito is over-rated.

There is no WW with enough power to hurt Margarito that I see. Any other WW that took those punches from Cotto would have been out a long time ago. Hate to say it but I dont see anyone beating Margarito right now unless Floyd comes back. Floyd is way more elusive than Cotto, but Floyd wouldnt get a knockout thats for sure. Think the only person up to middleweight I can think of that could knock Margarito out is maybe Pavlik.
