Should Jeff Lacy be considert among the greatest of all times?

i think lacy will forever be the name mentioned when it comes to how a one-sided beating can change someone as a boxer for good.

In all seriousness he was likened to many as the next Mike Tyson and many people thought he would go on to become bigger than Roy Jones but his Promotor Gary Shaw fed him the Lions way too early (21 pro fights) against Joe Calzaghe because they thought Calzaghe was old and shot. If he had been given a year or two more he could have forfilled his potential and become a great, it's a sad story but underlines what a promotor SHOULD NOT do.

I can't find much videos of him on youtube and ive never seen him fight but i have heard a lot about him being a very good fighter.

No, Joe Calzaghe got lucky in that fight. Lacy came into Calzaghe's hometown with a broken back, with family issues among other things which hindered his performance and got robbed of a decision.

Calzaghe is still top 15 IMO, he has not lost to bums like Ali and Leonard did which is why I rate him over them.
