Damn!! An unbiased Juanma Lopez makes his pick, youll be surprised he picked.....

    ...Miguel Cotto.

Puerto Rican super bantamweight champion Juan Manuel "Juanma" Lopez is never hesitatant to share his thoughts. Even from the spectator's point of view, Lopez approaches boxing with a clear and transparent plan.

"Logically, all strategies change as the fight unfolds; in fact, that's the main duty of the team in the corner [to point out to their fighter]," Juanma told ESPNdeportes.com at the MGM Grand Hotel in Vegas. "Initially, I would start my fight against Margarito in a reactive mode. By this I mean that I'd wait and see what is Margarito's initial approach: does he come out swinging as he sometimes do? Or is he being more technical and analytical? Then you take it from there."

The first six or seven rounds will be crucial, according to Lopez.

"If we don't see a KO by then, Cotto should take it easy and start thinking of winning by decision," Lopez said. "To win over Margarito by KO after Round 8 is not easy; he knows how to finish strong."

Juanma's overall prediction? Unbiased. "I speak as a boxer, not as a Puerto Rican: Cotto will win this fight. He has better skills and movement." -- Mario Fraticelli

Juanma is a very intelligent boxer. He's actually a pretty good commentator. Better than Rafa Bracero by a mile.

Speaking about Puerto Rican boxers turned commentators, I think Hector Camacho Jr. is pretty good.

Really? I don't remember listening to him...
Good for him. Maybe he and Chávez Jr can turn into commentators and leave boxing to the pros.

I met Juan after the weigh in. Guy is the truth. Cotto wins, no need to be bias. Be smart.
