If Hatton had somehow won that fight --- how much good sportsmanship do you think he would have shown?

Floyd gave Hatton more than he deserved after the fight.

Hatton was on the offensive from promotional round 1.

Quit playing the victim for your idol. Hattonite.

    Yeah.

In 24/7 when he driving in his car and he say

--- "I don't ****ing run away like he does" ---

    real tongue in cheek.

Hatton was never genuinely emotional about his grudge with Floyd.

Floyd jr if he came out with a humble persona early instead of this flashy thug idiot persona and disrespectful narcissist **** he would of been famous way way earlier.
Floyd did come out with a humble persona early in his career, infact he would often disown his own fathers trashtalk comments before a fight as a way to seperate himself from his fathers goading of opponents to his own humility and keeping his mouth shut.

It didint sell him tickets, and it didint get him any more exposure/popularity. It wasnt until he became the ******* you know today is why you all pay attention to him like you do, the fact that you DIDINT know that early in his career he was a pretty humble guy speaks volumes about his change in personality and how its worked for him

I think this is one thing about Mayweather that some people who only started following boxing in 2004/2005 dont realise, Mayweather fought allcomers in his early career without the arrogant persona that we all came to know today but it got him NOWHERE....He saw how NAZ(Because Naz was arrogant and talked ****) was getting all the accolades at the time with a big contract from HBO..adidas etc and must have thought wait a minute......Maybe i need to trashtalk more to get the attention that i need.

remember when there was talk of NAZ moving up to face floyd? that would have put floyd on the map much earlier if naz would have beat barrera.

But his insecure character wrecked any chance he had at being remembered as a great. His boxing was never going to see him remembered (his style is too boring) but he could've been remembered for his personality. Alas, he'll be remembered for neither.
Like it or not He will be remembered... Especially if he stays undefeated... "He left before anyone could beat him" Even in Cotto's stories it will say "His toughest fight would have came against someone who retired."

Of course, people like1 people who are just like them...loosers.

fact: There wouldn't be haters if there weren't winners.

e.g. I tend to hate on Tom Brady because he continuosly beats my team.

Hatton wouldve shown the same sportsmanship. Kostya Tszyu whacked him twice in the bollox in their fight and you couldnt see a more sporting ending. I dont think he was gonna care about a few schoolyard insults from Mayweather.

Whether Floyd would have taken defeat well is the real question.

Why are we talking about Hatton - Floyd? You really need to get whatever issue it is you have with Hatton off your back.

thats not why he is disliked. you guys know why, but it seems like you're trying to make the critics out to be something they are not.

Part of why Mayweather is hated is because he always made it look so easy. He fought most of his career looking like he never took it out of second gear.

If he was ever really hurt, cut, bloodied, panicked in the corner, or knocked down, then people would believe that he was a tough kid.

The two times he was most "hurt": Against Corley and against judah. He won the round vs Corley, and was smiling behind the guard at Judah.

The penalty of being almost too good.
