Almost every1 who dislikes Floyd is bcuz of his attitude and personality. He's not extremely boring. He's really jus ****y as hell and runs his mouth.

one could argue that Ali had a lousey personality, with name calling and antics, he doesn't have a perfect record, but he is still remembered, and i think thats largely due to his very impressive wins, and the level of his competition.

Why should Floyd be "humble"? What's he supposed to do, tell people he isn't really the best boxer in the world? That there are other boxers who are capable of competing with him? So basically you want him to lie to make you feel better. Give me arrogant honesty over "humble" dishonesty any day of the week.

I'm afraid he is an extremely boring fighter. He has gone DOWN in weight class and still backpedals.

I don't hate him because of his personality, I feel sorry for him, he's an insecure broken character and no amount of money will change that.

Floyd jr if he came out with a humble persona early instead of this flashy thug idiot persona and disrespectful narcissist **** he would of been famous way way earlier.

And people wouldnt be caring if he fought cotto to be honest but the reason people demand him to fight cotto is cause all he says is these guys is bums ill knock them out, they aint on my level, im greater then sugar ray, and ali etc.

That is why people dislike him and grade him on a super high scale and want him to fight these tough guys that he claims are bums.

You do not see people hating on boring ass winky wright its because he actually fights the best guys and wants to make those fights and he never insults his foes like floyd jr does.
Ali is just as much of an ******* as him in every catagory and completely demoralized his opponents. He called Foreman an uncle tom,he called all white americans devils, but yet he is the Greatest of all time, which I agree with. I am sure it had to do with his achevements but his persona was no laughing matter.

No Dont ever mention Ali and floyd jr that is the worst ****ing comparision

not everything is black and white there is a grey area ya know?
Ali was a charmer and clowner he made folks laugh and you KNEW he was joking. Ali was a likeable *******.

Floyd jr has spite in his heart he hates his father, even in retirement he insults boxers as bums, has no respect what so ever and never challenged the best.
Ali said he was the best but Fought them all!

              I like Ray leonard but..
Sugar ray leonard changed the game forever he single handily ruined boxing...sugar ray leonard made way for roy jones jrs and floyd jrs...sugar ray came up with the win 10 seconds at the end of the round, he was the guy who cared more about money.

anybody claiming floyd gets hated on more than anybody else needs to quit bitchin.you just see him getting criticized.just about every top fighter with the exception of marquez and pac for the most part gets criticized.everybody has a bias.personally i don't defend fighters who claim to be better than legends who gave us some of the greatest fights and rivalries we've ever had.ali had more skill than any heavyweight ever, yet he manage to be more than just a mouth.i respect game i don't respect mouth that don't back it up.floyd is one of the most talented fighter ever i love to watch him fight.then again I'm a boxing fan with an affinity for many different types of fighters.I'll never be an incredulous fan boy like many here who claim TO BE ABOUT TRUTH AND ****.setting up E-gangs and ****.it never ends with these jokes.

The funny thing is, in reality, he isn't a spiteful character, he doesn't hate his father and he does respect other fighters, but he's incapable of showing any of this to the public eye and will be remembered how you described him.

Well you got ur opinion. Only real boring fight Floyd had was against Baldomir. His fight with Oscar wasn't a great fight but it was a good chessmatch. I don't think the Hatton fight was boring. His style cud be boring but only 1 or 2 of his fights have been IMO.

Mayweather was boring in the Hatton fight, Hatton made the fight what it was.
