Toney is great at marketing himself, look at all of us discussing I hope they put him in the ring so this guy or that guy retires him. Or so Toney can prove he isn't for real. Toney is clearly creating controversy in an effort to get him a big fight in a short period of time. Toney is an amazing fighter even at his age, Haye would get beat up, not necessarily lose but it wouldn't be a cake walk that is for sures. Haye has never fought a fighter like Toney because there has only been one Toney, I think Toney makes Haye look bad win or lose.

Rahman clearly quit to me, he said he didn't want to go on(I can't see, basically I don't want to continue). The doctor never got a chance to get in the ring and look at it before Rahman surrendered victory, the doctor didn't even get to the point of asking him questions when Rahman surrendered. I understand why Rahman is pissed but you best be careful how you talk when in a fight.

I have never heard Haye mention Toneys name. It would be interesting how Toney would react to Haye if Haye talked to him, like he did Wlad.
I wonder if Haye thinks he woiuld handle Toney? If Haye did fight Toney it woiuld be good as it would show us what Haye is really capable of. Lots of heavys have looked bad against Toney. So if Haye could do something to Toney that other heavyweights havent been able to do, Haye would give himself credibility.
Plus Toney has fought everyone, so is a decent test for Haye. A real good test. Id like to see it to be honest.

yeah james! i like david haye, but there is one heavyweight who i like more and his name is james toney. it would be a shame if toney took haye to school before the hayemaker got to knock out any of the bums in the division like rahman. haye would murder hasim. toney is too slick for the hayemaker, though. oh well, I guess I'll get over it. make the fight!

LOL... your crazy if Sam Peter couldn't KO Toney I don't give Haye much of a chance to either. Toney has never been KO'ed in like 80 fights. One thing about Toney is the dude has an iron clad chin.

Toney would school haye and dismantle him he has never faced a fighter like toney that's like going from junior high straight into college with out the proper studies, haye thinks his looks makes him this really marketable figure and it probably does to some degree but you have to be able to fight also, it will take more than just a big punch to beat toney if toney comes into the fight really fit and ready he will school, dismantle, dissect and ko haye.

lol Peter a hard puncher, the guy's strong as an ox but has ordinary power. Power, being a combo of speed and strength, Peter is slow as molasses whereas Haye has the dynamism Peter lacks, don't let his KO over Jeremy "lol" Williams fool you.
